4 Things She Needs vs 4 Things He Became.

Let this pen bleed....

The 4 Things She Needs vs The 4 Things He Became.

There was a time when becoming a man came with instructions.
Fathers taught it. Communities enforced it. Rites made it real.

Today? Society forgot to create one yesterday. Even today, it is scary.
Fine then. We have to raise a real man for tomorrow's sake.

Because here is what she is asking for. And here is what showed up.

1. PRESENCE
What she needs: A man who is here. In the room. In the decision. In the hard season.
What she got: A green dot. Always online. Replying to everyone but showing up for no one, as if he were a chatbot.
In fact, chatbots are academic lifesavers. He can not even compete.
Presence is not posting. Presence is being available and staying.

2. PROTECTION
What she needs: A man who covers. Her name. Her peace. Her future.
What she got: The strongest security in his life is a 6-digit phone password. Inside that phone: selfies, memes, a huge playlist, and 200 girls who like but never buy what he posts.
Protection is not hiding your screen. It is standing in front of the storm.
Did I mention his title as admin only works on WhatsApp and generates zero?

3. PROVISION
What she needs: A man who builds. Who creates value. Who provides beyond himself.
What she got: iPhone 17 specs. Celebrity gossip. The latest trends. And a shopping list whose budget depends on momma.
Provision is not knowing prices. It is paying them.
Quick question: Can he afford himself before we start talking about affording her?

4. PRINCIPLE
What she needs: A man of his word. $200 means $200. I will be there means he is there.
What she got: Principle? Sorry. Try next door. Nobody lives here.
Principle is the difference between a boy and a man. It is what you do when no one is watching.
Well... he cannot afford the woman, so he spends more time alone in the bathroom. Help is needed.

Truth be told, she needs these four Ps, but sadly, he's offering one.... poverty of all natures.

THE HEARTBREAKING GAP
We do not have a shortage of men.
We have a shortage of men who understand the weight of the title.
So if yesterday failed to raise them...
Then tomorrow is our responsibility.
Raise them with discipline.
Raise them with music that teaches.
Raise them with agreements that are honored.

Raise them with the aiguillette - decorated, but in service to something greater.
Because she does not need a boyfriend.
She needs a man.
Presence. Protection. Provision. Principle.
And until society remembers how to build a man... We will.
