Biography

Carnot SkynetYzia is a dynamic and multi-talented performing artist, songwriter, and producer hailing from  Zimbabwe. He is the CEO and founder of Skynet Yzia Empire / Skynet Empire Worldwide, a music production and marketing label dedicated to promoting and nurturing talent in the Zimbabwean music scene. He's also one of the creatives at Summit Records Zimbabwe, a multi-award winning hit making factory (studio). 

Carnot SkynetYzia's musical style is a fusion of genres, primarily rooted in his poetry and alternative music, with elements that create a unique and captivating sound.

A true legend in the making, Carnot has been praised by various music bloggers, radio stations and magazines for his significant contributions to the Zimbabwe and African music scene. His work has been recognized with nominations, including Skynet Yzia Empire's nomination for Best Online Promoter in the Matebeleland North Music Awards 2016, along with four other nominations. In 2025 February, the Ministry Of Sports, Arts, Recreation and Culture honored Carnot SkynetYzia's team with a shield for his outstanding participation in arts in Manicaland. Carnot led the team that produced songs by Hillside Institute, Buffalo Main College, Nyamauru High School, Galway Institute King David's College, making music that exposed  great talent from the schools. 

As an individual, Carnot SkynetYzia made solo hits that include "Enyu Mashura", "Kubvira", "Timoti Woye" and wildly rocked the charts Diamond FM, Star FM and other big stations. Carnot SkynetYzia has also paved way for many artists and producers, through Collabos, the likes of Fab G, Vay Skai, Jae Drilla, DNZW, Minister Shelly Jay, Blush, Lia Sheng, Royal Keys, Jungle Fire Worldwide, AmbitiousZW and many more. Carnot SkynetYzia has shared the big stage with legends like Freeman HKD, Killer T, Cal_Vin and rocked many festivals.
